test: Dockerコンテナ起動時のREADME表示をテスト

Dockerコンテナ起動時にREADMEが正しく表示されているかをテストするステップを追加しました。

• コンテナのログから「利用規約」という文字列の存在を確認
• warmup後、既存のAPIテストの前に実行

このPR関係ないですが、起動時にちゃんとREADMEが表示されるのかのテストがあったほうが良いのかもしれないですねぇ。
