voicevox_nemo_resourceからNemo固有のリソースを統合し、リソースリポジトリを一元化しました。
これにより、voicevox_nemo_resourceとvoicevox_resourceの重複リソースの一元管理ができるようになりました。

nemo_resource側のVVMのreadmeは必要最低限に簡略化できるのですが、一旦そのままにしています。
VVMのreadmeの共通部分は省くこともできるし、なんならvoicevox vvm用のreadmeにnemoライブラリのことも書けばスマートなのですが、とりあえず一旦そのままにしてます。
