resourceリポジトリがnemo用とvoicevox用の２つになっていたのを１つにするための、一連のリファクタリングの１つです。
resourceリポジトリがまとまって１つになったので、nemoリソースへの参照を切ります。
のフェーズ3です。

resourceリポジトリ側のcheck用releaseができるまで正式稼働ができないので、draft PRです。
とりあえずresourceにあるブランチを指定すれば動きます。こんな感じ。
