This repository contains code for the figures in the manuscript "Chromosomal instability drives spatial and temporal phenotypic diversity in Schwann cancer cells".
Raw data are available through the European Genome-phenome Archive (EGA). Processed data to produce the figures is available on Zenodo.
The code for each main figure has its own folder:
