Adding Translations

Doing a proper release for once to more-easily track changes that may affect people

What's Changed

• Added Japanese translations to site
• Added framework to add translations for any language

These changes were almost exclusively written by AI so there could be issues! I've tried to do a cursory read through to make sure there's nothing horribly wrong but I'm no native speaker.
May look at other languages if it would help more people who want to learn to score
