Production Log Editing and Spreadsheet Changes

First, this pull request introduces a number of model changes.

• Unused columns have been removed
• SerialNumberLogs has been renamed to ProductionLogParts
• The work instruction model has been improved with added fields for more flexibility

Added the ability to edit production logs via the "My Production Logs" button.

• Updated the spreadsheet format required for import
• Enhanced work instruction spreadsheet export
• Implemented some CSS styling enhancements
• A few other small fixes
