Better search:

• minor improvement to the speed of searching files and folders by name (was already fast). The treatment of the search expression should now produce more natural / expected results. It can be a regex, or can have wildcards, or just be plain text;
• dramatic improvement to the speed of searching files by contents. Almost full SSD/NVME speed utilization. Two modes now: plain text or regex, both in UTF-8 (supporting other encodings is possible in the future if anyone cares). Regex is 5.8x faster than before, plain text mode is further 2x faster than that.
