The About social tuple still used https://discord.gg/UMJduhcqn. README and the public site already use https://discord.gg/t6muquAJbm. Swap the tuple and lock that URL in the About tests. Leave the rest of the About copy alone, including gateway mode.

The WebUI About tab still sent people to https://discord.gg/UMJduhcqn. That invite is stale. README and vocagateway.vocahq.com already use https://discord.gg/t6muquAJbm, Jatin's no-expiry invite.
This only changes the Discord tuple in app/fragments/about.py and the About tests that asserted the old URL. Family copy, gateway-mode status, and the other social links stay as they are. README and web/index.html already have the canonical invite so they are not in this PR.
