Summary

integrate the current main branch and remediate wemake-python-styleguide findings across application code and tests
replace unlabelled protocol, validation, runtime, and fixture values with named domain constants
improve clarity of template, model, streaming, pairing, and transcription code without changing behavior

Problem

The repository had a large backlog of WPS findings that obscured meaningful quality regressions and made the style guide unusable as a project-wide gate.

Verification

targeted ruff, mypy, WPS, and pytest checks for each changed module
full WPS remediation remains in progress on this draft PR

Privacy and security

No secrets, recordings, transcripts, session IDs, or private hostnames added
Existing authentication, upload limits, and storage guarantees preserved
