Summary:

• Rework the homepage hero, CTA placement, grids, and mobile/tablet spacing for a cleaner responsive layout.
• Remove the Google Analytics script, defer the GitHub release lookup, and switch repeated logo usage to a smaller dimensioned asset.
• Improve accessibility by fixing redundant alt text, decorative SVG semantics, contrast, heading order, mobile menu state, and image dimensions across Hugo-rendered pages.
