macOS Gatekeeper blocks ad-hoc signed apps downloaded from the internet. Added clear instructions for users to run xattr -cr before launching.

When users download the DMG from GitHub Releases, macOS adds a quarantine attribute. Since we're ad-hoc signed (not notarized), Gatekeeper shows 'damaged and can't be opened.'
Updated the release workflow template to include clear
xattr -crinstructions for future releases.
