🚀 Proposal: Add "Wispr Flow" Design.md

Hi maintainers 👋

I would like to contribute a high-quality, production-ready design.md for Wispr Flow.

📌 Context

I noticed that Wispr Flow is an interesting and useful product, but currently, there is no detailed and structured design.md available in this repository for it.

💡 What I’ve Prepared

I have created a comprehensive design.md that includes:
