This PR implements the feature requested in “Summary for all content that shows individual usage per guest” (#11) by adding a datastore-wide per-guest analysis mode and integrating it into both the CLI and interactive UI.

What’s new

Add --all-guests CLI flag to analyze every guest (VM/CT) in a datastore and print a size‑sorted per‑guest summary.
Allow scoping --all-guests to a specific namespace via --searchpath, so only guests within that namespace (and nested namespaces) are analyzed.
Extend the interactive menu with a “Scan all guests [PATH]” option that uses the currently selected path (datastore root or namespace) as the scan root.
Show a clear warning + confirmation when triggering the full scan from the interactive UI (but not in script mode).
Refactor the core chunk analysis into reusable helpers to support both single‑object runs and multi‑guest scans.
Update README and CHANGELOG to document the new behavior and bump the version to 2.8.0.
Notes

CLI example for full datastore:
./PBS_Chunk_Checker.py --datastore MyDatastore --all-guests
CLI example for a single namespace:
./PBS_Chunk_Checker.py --datastore MyDatastore --searchpath /ns/MyNamespace --all-guests

Closes #11.

Thanks @Impact123 for the request.
