Datetime from react-datepicker is recorded in UTC, dayjs converts to local timezone (EST) #172
Description
The date chosen is recorded in UTC.
The getStandardizedDate util uses dayjs which seems to detect the local timezone (EST) and convert the datetime which effectively causes the displayed date to be 1 day earlier.
