Add comment QOL

• Loading spinner for comments
• Filter to remove leading white space and ending white space
• Initial value as block quote when replying
• Add email notifications when mentions/commenting/replying
• Add edits and (edited) flair
• Deleting comments? don't actually delete, instead change text to [deleted]
• Add mentions, ex: @willi-li-am
• Show X amount of replies and have a hide replies button + show X replies, just like instagram
• More stuff to add later
