Keyboard and Mouse Shortcuts

The following keyboard shortcuts can be used for the simulator.
- Press
pto toggle betweencamera panmode orpickingmode. - Press
Ctrl + pto pause the simulation. - Press
Spacebarto jog the simulation to match the simulation wall clock. - Press
vto toggle showing the frames of each object. - Press
Shift + vto toggle showing the frame of the last selected object. - Press
Ctrl + xto remove the last selected body from the scene. - Press
Ctrl + rto reset the poses of the simulated objects to their initial pose. - Press
Ctrl + vto reset the camera poses to their initial poses. - Press
fto toggle between full-screen mode. - Press
qorEscto exit the simulator. - Hold
Shiftto reduce the velocity of mouse based camera control.
- While in the
camerapan mode, press the left click and move the mouse to pan the camera. - While in the
pickingmode, drag the cursor to the rigid body that you want to move and left-click to select it and then drag it around. Releasing the left click releases the object. - The mouse wheel can be scrolled up or down to zoom in or out of the scene.
- The mouse wheel can be pressed to move the camera in
orbitalorarc ballstyle. - Right-click and mouse movements can be used to move the camera in
FPSstyle.
