v0.1.2 Update pymorphy and add number_of_n_syllable_words_all

Thanks to @ThHuberSG we have two updates:

• pymorphy2 -> pymorphy3
• new method number_of_n_syllable_words_all

Some small fixes to the readme were added by @Perevalov
