PdbStreammetadata stream.AsmResolver.PE.DotNet.Metadata.Tableswith portable PDB table indices and encoders/decoders.SegmentReferenceResolvertoSegmentReferenceFactory.Metadatacan now be read directly from files, and does not require aPEFileanymore but aSegmentReferenceFactory.IMetadataTable.IsSortedand reflects the sorted mask of the tables stream.Closes #320
