Includes:

  • SerializedCustomAttributeSignature, which is a lazy initialized version of CustomAttributeSignature that does not parse the arguments unless absolutely necessary.
  • Adds convenience constructors to CustomAttribute and CustomAttributeSignature.

Closes #336
