Feature Request: export closures added using native WME

As a potential new feature, would it be possible to export closures from a given area that were added using native WME closure addition to a CSV for future import with Advance Closures?

Eight years on, this is now doable — though not inside Advanced Closures
itself, so treat this as a pointer rather than a fix for this repo.

WME Closures Toolkit (v0.85) searches existing closures over an area — current view, or 5 / 20 / 50 km around the map centre — and exports the result to CSV in the Advanced Closures format. The rows are add rows, so the file can be re-imported to recreate the closures. It reads closures created natively in WME, which was the ask here.

The wide-area search goes through the same bbox endpoint WME already calls, so there is no panning view by view. One honest caveat: past the current view, street names aren't loaded (they'd weigh tens of MB), so the Street column shows "—" — the segment ID is complete and a focus button takes you there.
