web3-pi-dashboard binary v0.1.0

This is the Web3-pi-dashboard application, packaged as a standalone binary using PyInstaller. The application is designed to launch as early as possible during the installation and startup process of Web3 Pi on a Raspberry Pi. Since the binary file already contains all the necessary libraries, no additional installation is required, allowing for easier and faster execution. The web3-pi-dashboard displays system information on an LCD screen connected via SPI.
This file is also used by the image-creation-tool script.
