This depends on WebAssembly/wasi-cli#52, which includes the latest versions of
wasi:randomandwasi:clocks.This also drops
-draftsuffix following the convention from all other wasip3 drafts. (ref WebAssembly/wasi-filesystem@44b42cd)Even though WebAssembly/wasi-cli#52 is not merged yet,this PR is already in a merge-able state and would simplify work for embedders working on wasip3 interface implementations in runtimes like Wasmtime (bytecodealliance/wasip3-prototyping#1)
