Currently, when Jira is not available or when the migration account has no access, a placeholder is rendered for any Jira macro and it is logged as Warning.
This issue proposes to add a setting to elevate this to "failed transformation" which highlights the page in red in the "Recent pages (WikiTraccs)" view.
