[Feature] Import a Word document as a page tree, split by headings #183

Description

@heinrich-ulbricht

Confluence can import a Word document and turn it into a whole page tree: headings become page titles, the content between headings becomes page content, and the heading levels define the page hierarchy (Import a Word Document into Confluence). Confluence Cloud removed exactly this capability in January 2023; restoring it is one of the most-requested Confluence Cloud features (CONFCLOUD-75154).

Teams that leave Confluence for SharePoint lose this workflow entirely, since SharePoint has nothing comparable out of the box. A typical case from a customer conversation: a training department maintains a single master Word manual (dozens of pages, heading-structured, full of screenshots) and imports it as a browsable wiki page tree whenever it changes.

The idea: bring this capability to SharePoint. Upload a .docx, pick a target location and a split level, and get a page hierarchy that shows up in the WikiPakk page tree, with images, tables, and links carried over.
