Extend support for Confluence Cloud

This ticket tracks the progress of Confluence Cloud support.

Since Atlassian is pushing new features like crazy, support for those new features will first be missing, then be added at some point. This is happening step by step and driven by customer demand.

Most content that would be migrated from Confluence on-premises can also be migrated from Confluence Cloud - page contents, attachments, and more. New content types are being added.

Clients are using WikiTraccs to migrate from Confluence Cloud to SharePoint Online. I'm gathering feedback from those migrations.

Basic support

The following issues are about basic migration tasks (like migrating page contents):
