crossbeam-epoch 0.9.18 is flagged by RUSTSEC-2026-0204, which makes the Security Audit lane fail on every open PR. This bumps the transitive dependency to the patched 0.9.20 and syncs the workspace member versions in the lockfile with the v0.2.0 manifests. cargo audit and cargo deny check both pass locally with this lockfile.
