This also only modifies recent files, such that older files that have not been modified recently retain their previous caches during deploys.
…emtime differences. Cache the file hashes using APCu. Move the mid-deploy cache buster into a separate function. Apply to URLs generated by `plugins_url()`.
* Pass the font file to plugins_url(). * Add font hashes. * Remove EB Garamond 'arrows' subset, it doesn't exist. * Update font subset script to generate the CDN hashes.

This adds a CDNisation plugin that loads assets from s.w.org instead of from WordPress.org in production situations.
This replaces #173 as it was reverted via #429 due to problems encountered.
Please see #427 for the shortcoming that caused this to be reverted, that needs to be resolved before this can move forward again.
