CC @Carifio24. Took some tries to get the build working but fundamentally the GitHub Actions part of it was pretty nice and easy (rattler-build is a big improvement on conda-build). |

Well, it probably won't work because we need to cut a new release with a fixed build script, but let's try to get the plumbing going .,..
