Release 1.5.0

Changed structure of trusted keys file to assign trusted keys with a project group, rather than a specific version of a specific dependency. This change allows Wren projects to upgrade dependencies without the need to change this project.

It is worth noting that this change introduces a new risk of trusting old key. This issue will be addressed later.
