- Update links to the renamed tutorial
- No redirect added yet (will be done alongside other tutorials-iav4 redirects in Add redirects for Tutorials IAv4 #3512)
- Remove redundant "set-regular-key" JS/Py sample code
- Move Go sample code to updated JS/Py folder
- Did not add a README or incorporate the sample code into the tutorial. Getting a Go dev environment set up and doing all that seemed like too much scope creep.
- Add a little more detail to 'Assign...' tutorial for SEO (so people looking for key rotation practices will find it)
