fix: web_search 兼容 query 等参数名别名

模型(尤其 Claude/Grok)调用 web_search 时常按通用 API 约定传 query 而非 question,
导致命中'问题为空,无法执行搜索'分支。现接受 query/q/search_query/keyword 作为
question 的别名回填,避免参数名先验偏差导致搜索失败。
