Project Submission — Build on Xahau Contest

This pull request submits xMerch Launch Pad (PoC) to the Build on Xahau contest.

xMerch Launch Pad is a proof of concept focused on:

• Safe IOU token issuance on the Xahau ledger
• Initial market bootstrap using native orderbooks
• A lightweight DEX UI used strictly for discovery and swaps

The platform prioritizes token creation first, with markets as supporting infrastructure.
Market Maker (MM v1) is deterministic and admin-controlled for bootstrap purposes only.

Key characteristics

• Non-custodial: all write operations require Xaman wallet signatures
• Ledger-native settlement on Xahau
• No on-ledger Hooks deployed
• No backend signing or private key handling
• Core MM logic is intentionally not exposed
