This PR adds unit testing to libSLASH and VRTD, as well as mock QDMA support for libSLASH. The general structure follows the other unit testing PRs, so there should be no surprises. A special treat, however, is that many unit tests are available both for the mock devices and the real hardware. Before testing with the real hardware, the test fixtures check whether the real hardware is actually available. If it is not, the tests are simply skipped.
