• Added Cloudflare DNS as a fallback in case of failure, avoiding having to set it manually
• Fixed selected tabs not getting highlighted correctly
• Fix decrypting system titles
• Fix downloading vWii titles (decryption might still not work properly on them)
• Improve download progress reporting
