1a) To use this package for R before v2.1.13, use pathwayRF_v1.zip

1b) To use this package for R v2.1.13, use pathwayRF_v1b.zip

1c) To use this package for R v3.1.0 or later, use pathwayRF_v1_2.zip

2. Extract this file to your R library directory usually, in your Program Files -> R -> R version -> library

3. unzip it

4. open R and type library(pathwayRF)
