Made changes to make this work with ROS2 Jazzy.

I have a question. My ubuntu system is Jazzy. I have modified .cpp file and launch.py file according to your document, and the lidar_type in my .yaml file is also displayed as an integer(lidar_type: 1). But it still reports this error. Why is that?
