Ideas for python-pillow#7921

  • Rather than determining pixel size to create a simple image, you can just use hopper()
  • Shorten image_mode_names to modes

I guess I merged it too soon. It looks like this fails for BGR;15 (and presumably also BGR;16) on big-endian.
