ISSUE: Half of the times a video begins playing, it restarts twice and the first seconds play three times

Description

In a video page, about half the times you click a video and go to its video page, the video will restart after playing for a few seconds, then it will restart again after the same amount of seconds, playing the beginning three times, making it really annoying, and even when trying to pause the video after the first restart it refuses to pause and still does it with no way to stop it. The settings menu opens and closes on its own at each time it restarts.

Steps to Reproduce (if you noticed a specific pattern)

1. Click a video to go to its video page
2. Watch it happen

Environment

• Browser: Firefox 151.0.2 (64-bit)
• Extension Version: v2.24.1
• OS: Windows 11
• YouTube Language: British English
• YouTube Account: Logged in

But it doesn't seem to depend on the video url, it seems random.
