Make ConfigDrivenHarnessAgent the default orchestration path and remove the obsolete AgentRuntime/harness feature-flag layers.
Declare runtime SQL parsing dependency, make package imports lazy, restore legacy schema exports, and preserve task usernames through Redis-backed queue history.
