🧹 Update package.json dependencies to latest minor/patch versions

🎯 What
Updated npm packages (astro, @biomejs/biome, wrangler, playwright, vitest, etc.) to their latest minor and patch versions as defined by the semver ranges in package.json. Also ran bun x biome migrate --write to update the Biome configuration to the new version's schema format, and fixed an accessibility linting rule triggered in public/favicon.svg.

💡 Why
To keep the toolchain and dependencies up to date, receiving bug fixes and minor improvements, without introducing breaking major version changes.
