What changed:

• completed a full polish pass on the preview image source tree instead of relying on generated layout leftovers
• added a dedicated Kismet Game Library plus direct Kismet launchers for Mines, Chess, and Sudoku
• shipped matching Kismet-owned SVG icons for the new game surface to reduce missing or inconsistent game artwork
• Hermes AI Agent and OpenCode now show clear preview-image availability messaging when not bundled, instead of misleading fallbacks
• strengthened GNOME first-login polish, dark theme defaults, and icon cache refresh behavior
• refreshed build-time icon and desktop caches during branding so app metadata is more reliable out of the box
• kept GNOME, GDM auto-login, Kismet app wiring, bundled games, Wine/Lutris, and AI launch surface intact

Notes:

• full pipeline rebuild completed successfully
• package manifest was corrected for Ubuntu 24.04 by removing invalid entries that broke the build
• full VM boot validation still deserves another dedicated pass before calling this stable
• GitHub release assets are intentionally not the primary download path, use the TinyURL above
