fix: resolve duplicate notes and missing BIC parsing for UBL invoices

Remove duplicate addNotes() call that caused UBL notes to be added twice
Add BIC extraction from FinancialInstitutionBranch/ID in PaymentMeans parsing

Fixes #1006
