Builds on top of PR #470 by @J-N-K , since the PR seems inactive.
I merged the commits and set the IssuerAssignedID to the best of my knowledge.
Since im largely unfamiliar with this codebase, hopefully @jstaerk can give it a quick glance if the changes made in library/src/main/java/org/mustangproject/ZUGFeRD/ZUGFeRD2PullProvider.java
look correct.
