Hello there! Thank you for looking at my project
Penny Pilot is a budgeting web application made with Angular, Bootstrap, and Google Firebase. PennyPilot helps you track your income and expenses for each month to help you get a better understanding of your financial health. Once you register (see notes below) you can start entering your income and expense transactions and see them displayed graphically (using chart.js). You can also update and change you personal information that the application needs (fname, lname, & email). You can also set a savings goal amount and track your progress with the progress bar on the dashboard.
- When logging in use this information below or create a new account: - Email: admin@test.com - Password: testtest
- I will try to keep up to date with the Firestore database so you can check out the project to its fullest extent. If parts of the web application are not working it's because the api/database key has expired and I need to get a new one.
#Angular Notes
This project was generated using Angular CLI version 19.2.5.
To start a local development server, run:
ng serveOnce the server is running, open your browser and navigate to http://localhost:4200/. The application will automatically reload whenever you modify any of the source files.
Angular CLI includes powerful code scaffolding tools. To generate a new component, run:
ng generate component component-nameFor a complete list of available schematics (such as components, directives, or pipes), run:
ng generate --helpTo build the project run:
ng buildThis will compile your project and store the build artifacts in the dist/ directory. By default, the production build optimizes your application for performance and speed.
To execute unit tests with the Karma test runner, use the following command:
ng testFor end-to-end (e2e) testing, run:
ng e2eAngular CLI does not come with an end-to-end testing framework by default. You can choose one that suits your needs.
