These existed in site/ but were in no locale, so they were untranslated in all 18
languages and reported by nothing: a page that was never curated cannot be stale
or missing, so every dashboard count read clean while they sat there for up to
three weeks. Two were noticed by a reader browsing the live site.
Curating them is the editorial commitment that makes them translatable; the
sibling commits in this branch fill all 18 locales.
The list stays C-sorted, and each entry was checked to have an English source
before being added.

Six English pages existed in
site/but were in no locale — untranslated everywhere, and invisible to the dashboard, because a page that was never curated can't be reported as stale or missing. Two of them were noticed by a reader browsing the live site.This curates them and fills all 18 locales: 108 items, plus 18 regenerated
menu-titlesmanifests. The curation is the first commit, so each commit is invariant-clean on its own.Stacked on #2000 — GitHub shows that PR's commits here until it merges.
One item needed a second attempt: the German
Who_Can_See_Your_Zcash_Payment.mddropped a protected term and the parity gate refused to write it, leaving that one locale on the English fallback. The retry is the third commit.Uncurated is now zero for the first time. Machine output wants native review as usual, and if any of the six is out of scope, say which and I'll drop it from the list and its translations.
