Zetris-38 for local use in Puyo Puyo Tetris

Changes since Zetris-37:

• Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 update 2024-08-20 is supported (previously hotfixed into Zetris-37).
• In PPT2's Character Select, Zed is now automatically selected.
• Fixed some weirdness when using a low preview count.
• When started mid-game, Zetris will now correctly read the currently held piece.
• Fixed multiple deadlocks and crashes.
• Added ass_bonus MisaMino Style parameter which incentivizes All-Spin Singles (not useful in Puyo Puyo Tetris).
• An AVX2-capable CPU is now required, slightly improving performance.
• Updated to VS 2022 and .NET Framework 4.6.1.
