Summary
Removed the chat input tool-count warning.
The warning was informational only, but it required an extra REST
getToolscall on session load just to count tools. Removing it avoids keeping the chat input path dependent on the REST API as we move this flow toward ACP.This warning was a nice-to-have rather than core behavior, and we can revisit it later with ACP design, for example via custom notifications or server-provided session metadata
