feat: Add Linea network support

Pr to add Linea native bridge to a.DI

• As first instance of the deployment, the Linea Adapter will not send fees to Linea network, meaning that the message will need to be claimed manually on destination network. This is done this way because Linea does not have any way to get the gas price on-chain on origin network (Ethereum)
