IsoQuant on Bioconda

Hi Andrew,

Thank you so much for maintaining and updating IsoQuant! It is a great tool and we have had many insights from IsoQuant running on our data.

Just a quick question--the current IsoQuant version on bioconda is still 3.10.0. Would it be possible for you to update that to 3.11.1?

Dear @GaryWang7

New IsoQuant has 2 new dependencies. One of those (ssw-py) is not on bioconda or conda-forge, another one is on conda-forge but requires updating. I created PRs for both of those libs about 2 weeks ago, but they are still pending.
As soon as they are updated, I will update IsoQuant as well.
