feature Added : Hamburger menu on learn page for small screens

Changes

• Added a hamburger icon for small screens on the Learn page
• Sidebar is now hidden by default on smaller screens for better content visibility
• Users can access the sidebar using the hamburger menu when necessary

Flags

• Ensure smooth transitions when toggling the sidebar
• Verify responsiveness on various screen sizes

LG but they are possibilities to work and enhance more for instance, this overlapping makes it difficult to access in small screens
